Sounds of the Season and How not to Waste Food

I had the opportunity to be interviewed by CBC London as part of their Sounds of the Season fundraiser for the London Food Bank, on 1 December. On average London’s single family households throw out $600 of food per year (just from their households) worth $75 million per year. The interview was accompanied by a CBC London print article that highlights some of my research and ideas.
